Goals can be really helpful or really harmful. It depends on how we use them!
I've created two sets of emails based on how we think we use goals. The first is where we know that goals get us into trouble, they are defeating to us. Maybe we don't use goals at all. The second is where we think goals are helpful to us. They are motivating and we achieve our goals frequently.
The idea behind both of these is to find the hidden things we're not telling ourselves, the unconscious beliefs we hold on to that are hindering us from moving forward.
Each day for 6 or 7 days depending on the track, you'll receive an email that includes some reflection ideas. You can journal, draw, meditate, pull tarot or oracle cards, however you'd like to do it. I just ask that you consider the ideas in the emails and how they apply or don't apply to you. There is no wrong answer.
Once you've done one track you can sign up again and do the other if you'd like. You're not limited to one or the other!
